The sewer work in Akron has the TowPath trail rerouted between Memorial Parkway and the Mustill Store Trailhead, just north of downtown. The new route will be in effect for several years.
Rosie, the name of the tunnel boring machine used for the sewer project, will be available for a meet and greet on Saturday, August 19 from 11-2. The free event is sponsored by Akron Waterways Renewed. There will be free food, tours, photo ops, and a time capsule event. The fun will occur at the Mustill Store at 57 W. North Street in Akron.
