You rode a bicycle when you were young and stopped riding when you got your first car, and then one thing or another kept you from owning or riding a bicycle. Now you find yourself a tad older and wondering about riding a bicycle. Check out this story of the gentlemen that started riding again at age 68, and now at age 105 has set a record of 14 plus miles in one hour.

In a skin-tight yellow and violet jersey, 105-year-old Robert Marchand set a world record in the 105-plus age category — created especially for the tireless veteran — by riding 22.547 kilometers (14.010 miles) in one hour. His daily exercise regimen includes stretching an indoor(on a trainer) or outdoor cycling.
