Don and I took a ride this morning down 2nd Street to the Snyder Avenue/Wolf Creek Trailhead. A distance of a mile. We rode another half mile up the TowPath trail towards the Robinson Avenue Bridge. Our destination-to check out the construction of the new connector bridge.
It was quiet this morning, we shared the trail with some ducks and geese. Although it rained on and off yesterday the trail had drained well. It appears that the bridge abutments are in place, and ready to receive the bridge. Once complete and opened we will be able to ride up the Robinson Avenue Bridge and make the right turn to take the path over to the connector.
