Celebrating the opening of the TowPath Trail Connecting Bridge

by Ruth Kaser for Towpath News

Wednesday, the 28th turned out to be a sunny day-once the rain stopped. The weather, and pleasant riding conditions equaled a fun time for our ceremonial ride to the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Towpath Trail Connecting Bridge. Everyone who could attend a mid day event was there including: officials from Summit County, Metro Parks, the Ohio & Erie Canal Coalition, the City of Barberton, business and community leaders, and school kids and their teachers.

Below are some pictures from the ceremony.
