About R-D Bike Shop
 R-D Bike Shop was established in 1979 as R-D Bicycle and Appliance. Donald Kaser opened the shop with his father, Robert. Donald was the bicycle half of the R-D and Robert was the appliance half. When Robert retired Donald began his search for a replacement "R". Don married Ruth in 1989 and the replacement "R" problem was resolved.
In 1992, a larger building was for sale in historic downtown Barberton Ohio, and the shop was moved to what is now our present location. We are one block from Lake Anna, the setting for many of the city's festivals and concerts.
