How to save $$ on gas
Ride a bicycle!. Did you know that May is National Bicycle Month and May 12-16 is Bike to Work Week? Did you also know that bicycle out number cars on Earth by a ratio of 2 to 1?
It may not seem that way in your neighborhood. However whenever you reach for your helmet, lock and bicycle -rather than your car keys you can cut your risk of heart disease by more than half. On average a regular cyclist has a fitness level equal to that of a person 10 years younger.
In addition, bicycles produce no exhaust-O.K. no toxic emissions at least not the kind that might cause you to flunk the ECheck. Your bicycle can last for years, and about 100 of them can be built with the same energy and resources it takes to build one medium-size car.

You are riding to save money and be healthy so please follow these tips:
-Wear a helmet. Almost 70 percent of all bicycle fatalities involve head injuries, yet only about one in four riders wear helmets.
-Ride with traffic. That means ride on the right side of the road.
- Use hand signals.
-Wear brightly colored clothing, and use lights if you ride after dusk and before dawn.
