They use 1000 Denier Cordura Plus as the material for their products. They then have it coated with weatherproof polyurethane for water protection and durability. They reinforce the high wear areas with 18oz Coverlight-a material highly resistant to abrasion, puncture and tears. They use 100% Nylon Webbing-many companies use inexpensive polypropylene webbings. As for the actual stitching of the bags-you won't have a seam fail as they triple stitch all attachment and stress points with #92 Bonded Nylon Thread. They sew every seam twice, once during the initial sewing process, then a second time when the seams are covered with Nylon Seam Binding. The zippers used are large #8 Self-repairing Coil Zippers with nickel sliders for extra durability and quiet, cord pull tabs. For added visibility they only use 3M Scotchlite Reflective Tape.They design and make all of their stiffeners and other custom pannier. Finally, all of their packs are made in the USA, with all Made in the USA materials, and have a lifetime warranty to back them up.
